Today's entry is cut and pasted from an e-mail to a friend, The ER Doctor. Simply don't have the energy to type it all over again. I know she won't mind because earlier this year she gave me a button that says, "I am blogging this."

I've had good days and bad days recently, in terms of how I feel (thanks to the accumulating effects of pregnancy). Saturday was one of my best recent days, in part because of a baby shower thrown for me by my College Roommate and my sister. The event was held at my College Roommate's apartment and included a variety of friends, both new and old.

What's better than an episode of Red Dwarf? Several of them, back to back. What's better than several episodes of Red Dwarf? An overnight gathering with fellow Penn Staters, watching videos, playing video games, and having fun.

I awoke Sunday morning when my hips, tired of sleeping in a sleeping bag on the hard floor, began aching. Plus, we were starting to hear voices downstairs.

On Saturday, we attended the annual Red Dwarf marathon held by my college friend, The ER Doctor, who is currently looking for a career change and may, at some point, require a slightly different nickname. This was the 11th year she and her husband have held the marathon, although last year was the first time we attended.
